For 2021 Allied Racing is running the Junior Academy with Nicolaj Moller Madsen as the head of the programme which already includes nine junior drivers. The Junior Academy is about helping drivers develop a sponsor platform and understand the marketing aspects of being a professional driver.
Workshops will be run throughout 2021 where the juniors will be able to develop their understanding of race car dynamics, set up and data analysis. Also included in the workshop is developing the psychological and physical wellbeing of the juniors so they can be in peak condition for the season.
The drivers placing will be decided by Allied Racing which will always be in the best interest of the junior and their development.
